Florida Day 8

 We didn't have much planned today, just some beach time in the morning and getting ready to fly home tomorrow. 

We headed to Madeira Beach for an hour, walking up the beach and back, then enjoying some sun.  On our walk we spotting five beautiful sand carvings someone had made.  The artwork was amazing.   As we continued, this pelican  posed for Mary.  We also took a selfie.  After the beach we headed to John's Pass for some shopping and lunch at a local brewpub.  

Not much planned for the rest of the day.  Mary sat by the pool for a bit, while Bill enjoyed the hot tub.

We watched MSU beat Purdue in BigTen basketball before walking to Jimmy John's for dinner.

Tomorrow we need to get an early start since we want to head to the airport by 8:15 for our 11:18 am flight as this vacation draws to a close. It's been great to experience warm and sunny for a week!

What a great last day you both had , sounds wonderful . Look at you both in summer clothes ..... Its a shame all good things have to end . Glad you both enjoyed . thanks for taking us along with you both on the trip . Pat
